RMA (Return Material Authorization) is used for generating the complaint RMA number.
RMA's identification number under which you can throughout the complaint process to track the status of a specific complaint. After the allocation of the RMA number is followed by the period of validity guarantee, you will be informed immediately. RMA number will be provided when filling out the following form to your email address.
If you send your goods by mail or shipping company there must be clearly marked on the package the RMA number under which the faulty goods is registered. If there are in one package more pieces of the claimed goods, please mark each piece clearly by respective assigned RMA number, as well as it is necessary to put those numbers on the outside of the package.
About throughout the complaint you will be informed by automatic e-mails that alert you to the fact that a complaint has been received by us, notified price for warranty repairs, informs you about the settlement of the claim and the method of delivery.
Whenever the entire process can be verified under the RMA number and you can ask for the information our logistics department.
