Our team is formed of experts who have undergone every step of the development of data communications in the last three decades. There were many people who believed that data communications would become a commodity in day-to-day life; however we now know that this will never be the case. At Datacom, not only do we construct new networks but we also optimize the old ones, both ensuring and increasing the throughput. Nothing pleases us more than being able to successfully approach problems with viable solutions, and over the years our ability to solve problems presented to us has become our calling card. Year upon year we find solutions to problems that others have been defeated by. We frequently find situations which others dealt with by convincing the customer to migrate, owing to the seemingly unsolvable problem; that is not something we do at Datacom. We pride ourselves on being able to understand our customers and always strive to help them to find the best solutions.
Our company is still exploring and expanding, always hungry to secure new technologies. We observe and follow the latest trends and needs of our customers; In the last few decades data communications were mainly centred around data communication protocols and easily dispatched single-purpose devices. In our eyes, its safe to say that the era of plugged-in boxes is coming to an end- this practice has been rendered unsustainable and difficult to administer. Owing to this, our main advances involve technologies like SDN and NFV, which will dramatically reduce operating costs and service availability. Now is the time to leave black-boxes in the past; network virtualization is the way forward.
In recent decades data communications have experienced very rapid development. A few years ago our sole goal was to have working connectivity, today we have large selection of broadband connections. Network connectivity is increasingly transforming our approach to data. Local data storage and applications in many cases are expensive, however to avoid these costs we increasingly employing the services of large data centres, paying only for what we require. This approach allows us to better fulfil the requirements that we hold in the field of data communications. Where previously it was enough to synchronise databases within minutes, hours or sometimes longer, today, we expect an immediate response in milliseconds.
We realize that communication only makes the application accessible and the users do not concern themselves with the throughput of the connection - their attention is focused on the response of the application alone. With thorough attention paid to the needs of clients we can avoid situations where our customers are buying technologies or services that do not fulfil their chief needs which results in a lack of application responses. We help service providers to optimise their data infrastructure so that quality of service is based on the expectation of the client. At the end is a user who should be satisfied with the response of the application and their experience should eliminate the distance between the provider, and data communications should be transparent to them.
